Please bring the product to our store along with original receipt of the product, if it’s still under warranty we will fix the issues and if it’s out of warranty we will still try our best to fix the issue with the product.

Do you accept payments in form of installments?

Yes, we do, payment can be made in installments with no extra charges to facilitate our clients. (Conditions Applied)
Cellphones require 20% of total payment as the first installment, rest of the amount is to be paid fully within 60 days including holidays and weekends.
Laptops require 30% of total payment as the first installment, rest of the amount is to be paid fully within 90 days including holidays and weekends.

Products will be handed over to the client after he/she pays complete amount in full, it cannot be given before he/she finishes all due remaining amount.
Please be advised installment plans do not apply to timely promotion or discounted products on our website.

Do you offer home delivery?

Yes, currently we offer Free home/office delivery in Maputo only.
